Naked Beats Night transforms an iconic seaside victorian summer estate into a 24 hour summer extravaganza. Summer games, giant slip and slide and a night of music, movement, and deliciously sultry atmosphere. From sunset through first light, live DJs soundtrack an immersive gathering of community, and beautiful late-night chaos.Come ready to shed a few layers, lose a few inhibitions, and dance into the night. Expect playful energy, beautiful bodies of every kind, ocean air, thumping beats, unapologetic self-expression, and a space built around consent, connection, and letting loose.

Harassment, discrimination, threatening behavior, or non-consensual conduct will not be tolerated.Event organizers reserve the right to refuse admission or remove participants without refund for behavior that compromises guest safety, comfort, or the event atmosphere.AttireThis is a Summer themed mansion party. Costumes, Summer aesthetics, rave wear, creative expression, and themed attire are strongly encouraged.Guests must remain appropriately dressed in parking and arrival areas.Admission & Re-EntryValid admission and government-issued identification are required.This is a 21+ event.No re-entry. Please arrive prepared for the evening.Venue RespectThis event takes place within a historic Victorian seaside estate.Guests must treat the venue, furnishings, artwork, grounds, and surrounding areas with care and respect. Release of Liability & Waiver

This Release of Liability and Assumption of Risk Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by the undersigned participant ("Participant") in favor of Naked Beats Night staff, the property owners, event organizers, operators, volunteers, employees, contractors, agents, and affiliated personnel (collectively, the "Releasees").Assumption of RiskParticipant acknowledges that attendance at Naked Beats Night involves known and unforeseen risks, including but not limited to:crowds, dancing, music, lighting effects, alcohol consumption, costumes, historic structures, stairs, uneven surfaces, outdoor conditions, weather, physical activity, guest interactions, and other inherent event-related hazards.Participant voluntarily chooses to attend and fully assumes all risks associated with participation in, presence at, travel to, travel from, and activities related to the event.Release & WaiverParticipant, on behalf of themselves and their heirs, personal representatives, successors, and assigns, knowingly and voluntarily releases, waives, and discharges the Releasees from any claims, liabilities, demands, actions, damages, injuries, losses, costs, or expenses, whether known or unknown, arising from or related to attendance at, participation in, or departure from Naked Beats Night.IndemnificationParticipant agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Releasees from any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, expenses, or reasonable attorneys' fees arising from Participant's conduct, negligence, property damage, violations of event rules, or participation in the event.Medical ResponsibilityParticipant accepts full responsibility for their own medical care, medications, insurance, transportation, personal property, and wellbeing during and after the event.Governing LawThis Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.AcknowledgmentBy purchasing a ticket, registering, volunteering, signing below, or attending the event, Participant acknowledges that they have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to be bound by these terms.
